Catering Assistant
Location: Nottingham
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and presentation for events.
- Help with event setup, serving, and clean-up.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
- Maintain hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous catering experience preferred but not essential.
- A passion for food and customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Event Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee event operations from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage event staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous event management experience is a must.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Chef (2 open roles)
Location: Nottingham
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality, South Asian inspired dishes for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with the team to create bespoke menus based on client requests.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen in line with health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a South Asian cuisine chef, preferably in catering for large events.
- Knowledge of cuisines and dietary requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for creating great food.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Floral Designer
Location: Nottingham
Job Type: Freelance/Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange custom floral displays for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
- Work closely with clients to understand their floral design preferences.
- Set up and arrange floral designs at event venues.
- Maintain an inventory of flowers and supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design, ideally for events.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple events.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
